  2. Updated & More Icons!

    please add more icons for conversations that have meaning, instead of just squiggly lines and such:
    chef hat, ladle, baseball cap, beach chair, pipe, car, race car, tent, dog, cat, bottle of wine, SOMETHING else fun! PLEASE! 🤞🏻🤞🏻
    Losing the LED blink lights and colored icon bubbles seriously diminished the fun and uniqueness of the app. 🥴

  4. "temporary MMS problem"

    I've tried all the so-called "best" SMS/MMS apps out there and IMHO Textra has the least annoyances and most reasons to keep on using it. However, since using Textra I regularly receive the message "Your carrier has a temporary MMS problem...." Could you please give some explanation and a fix for this issue?

  6. Automatically download received images

    The option to choose a conversation and set that conversation so that any messages received will automatically get saved to my device. I have a group of friends and we're always sending funny pictures to each other. I would love to have them saved to my device without having to manually do so all the time.

  7. functions when you search contacts

    when you search for a text conversation, you cannot call, access contact details or see media shared in that text stream. i use text functions so often it is easier to use textra than use the contacts...so just need some more integration....

    an option to be able to export, or copy over your text messages and conversations. I see the "share conversation via email", but it is much too large a file for email.

  11. option to save media

    If there were an option to save a set number of incoming MMS, that would be beneficial. Separate from the limit set for outgoing MMS. That way when I set a limit, it is not used up with my own outgoing MMS. Y'all have the option to save a certain number of media (SMS & MMS) files per conversation. Just not the option to set limits separately for outgoing vs incoming.

  13. When to add word to auto correct

    Sometimes I wish I could dump my dictionary & start over. I'd like to be prompted for auto correct to save a word it doesn't recognize rather than clean up all the misspellings. I think I might end up with a better dictionary after awhile.

  15. Bulk: Block Replies to incoming Bulk MMS

    There is currently an option to have replies come only to me, but the reverse would be wonderful; for replies to exclude me. This is definitely needed when the sender is not me. Because replies are still received long after the message has been deleted.

  17. Stop vibration notification while charging.

    Would be nice to be able to set textra NOT to vibrate while charging. I get a lot of text and my phone ends up falling out of the charging stand.
