Pictures aren't deleted
When you delete messages, the pictures that were automatically saved in the Gallery are still saved and do not get deleted.

PC platform!!!
I have tried many apps, but this is by far the best. it is just missing a platform to text from other devices like tablet or computer.

more notification icons
I am a Christian, and I know pastors and men of God. I would like to have an icon option of a cross or a book (because a bible can just he assumed from a book, plus making text on a small icon is ungodly on account of overkill) for their notifications.

Dark mode that automatically syncs with system theme
The current implementation has its own schedule, so fpr an hour or so each day, my phone can have a dark theme system-wide but Textra is light, and vice-versa.

it is convenient to be able to click on an address in a text message and have it open in maps - especially using ProVersion because when I send someone an address it would be logical to be able to click on it for immediate directions.

Spam number database
create a SPAM button we can flag in texts and keep that in a TEXTRA database of sorts... I get that our texts aren't routes via TEXTRA, but I also use the DRUPE app for my calls, and once I occasionally will get a call flagged as suspected Spam based on other callers' flagging. not perfect but works well. significantly reduces my spam calls... and at the end of every call I get (good or bad) a pop up comes up with options for me to handle that call... Create Categories
The Samsung messaging app has the ability to make separate categories that you can place contacts into. These can be friends, family, ect. This is an extremely useful feature and I would love to see textra adapt this

Notification via Email
I often mute or am away from my phone while using tablet ot PC. It would be helpful if I could receive notification and/or automatically forward copies of text messages to email.

Deleting Messages from blacklisted senders
Hi, I noticed that Textra prevents you from seeing blacklisted messages, but does not delete them, so that if you unblock the sender, the messages will appear again as if you never blocked them. I think it would be useful to delete the messages, not only to save memory, but also to prevent any kind of continual harassment, because if you ever have to use the default messaging app for some reason (factory reset, temporary problem with Textra, etc.)you will see all of the blocked messages

slide left or right option
Would be great to have option to slide left or right to delete message (I'd like to have consistency with my email app!).
