  3. volume down button to take picture

    not sure what camera thing you use but it would be great to be able to use the volume down button to capture a photo rather than having to tap the screen

    on special occasions add easter eggs from movies on Christmas easter thanksgiving Halloween etc like quotes characters and backgrounds make this textra app the best app for texting thank you

  8. Silence option

    group chats still aren't completely muted. the phone still vibrates even when all notifications are off for the chat. please fix this. I like the app and I paid for it. that's the only issue I have with this app.

  10. Contact Name Search

    Currently, when you search a contact name (in an attempt to quickly find their conversation thread), the results seem to be very unorganized. I'll get a bunch of group messages including that contact listed first, followed by a few mentions within text bodies, and then around the 12th-15th item is the actual contact's conversation thread.

    Imo, the single contact thread should show up first, then followed by whatever else. But there is no reason for me to search "John" and for results to be a bunch of group texts that John is in before the thread with just John. Especially…

    When I receive a text from someone who created a group text, I would like to be able to select individual numbers that are not in my contacts and blacklist those unknown numbers.

  19. Galaxy watch app

    y'all should make a Galaxy watch app where you can send and receive messages using Textra, if Textra is your default Messaging app, you can receive and reply to messages, but can't start conversations from scratch. it's a big problem with the Galaxy watch and I'm sure tons of people would pay for it including myself
