    I think the next step for this very good app to be the best of the best is to allow people to create folders for dual SIM for exemple or like mails app 😻😻😻

  3. Remove icon background

    I can't say I understand how icons are implemented but since upgrade to Pie some icons have a white background & others don't. Yours does & I wonder if you can do anything about it? 

    It is obvious from a search that a lot of people don't like the new look.

  4. Expand Recently Used Emoji Rows

    Currently my phone shows 3 rows of recently used emojis. Please expand or make customizable so 4, 5, or 6 rows of recent emojis will display. So there would be less scrolling through ALL the emojis.

    when writing a long text, it comes to a point where you can't see all you are writing. Maybe after 90 characters or so there should be an indicator or button to press to have a full screen input

    An option to change where it says "Textra" at the top left corner to whatever we want it to say. Also settings to change the font & size of that title font separately from the regular font & size settings of messages.

  15. Fix the "video auto-compress" feature which isn't working

    I have a 2.6MB mp4 video I am trying to send to somebody through Textra. Supposedly, Textra does auto-compress videos down to the 1MB maximum so you can send them. This feature is not functioning. Instead of sending the video, it just tries to send for a few minutes then says it "failed". I have tried multiple times over multiple days. I contacted support and they said that the largest file size Textra will deal with is 10MB. If that's the case, my video should not be causing problems as it is only 2.6MB and I shot the video with…

  16. Add option to view only conversations with unread messages

    The menu on the conversations list offers four options: Settings, Mark All as Read, Tell your Friends, and What's New. It would be nice to add an option for "Unread only" to show only those conversations with unread messages.

    When this option is selected, only conversations with unread messages (those spam messages you haven't deleted yet, the texts you forgot to deal with, etc.) would be shown.

    Perhaps at the top, where it says "Textra", it could change to "Textra - Unread Only" (and maybe even, it it's possible, tapping that would switch back to all conversations. Otherwise, from the…

    Please create a button under 'attach' for a quick link to Bitmoji if possible. It's a pain to have to go in Bitmoji, select a Pic then find textra then find the person to send it to 🤦‍♂️
