  1. Organization, organization, organization!!!!

    This app is great, but i STRONGLY recommend you all add categories and folders to this!!! For example, there should be an "Archives" folder for sure to keep the inbox clutter free, but not have to delete texts threads if one doesn't want to. Then, there should be a way to create different categories (or folders) for certain threads...like, 'family, clients, friends, coworkers, etcetera. And then lastly, there should be a "Private" conversation folder, where text threads a person would like to keep private amd notified privately can be kept, with a passcode to keep it protected.   5. More capable search functions for message threads.

    Add the ability to search individual message threads for shared links, URLs, contact cards, etc. like in Google messages and similar to how Textra handles media in message threads.

    Maybe in ur brainstorming see if you can come up with a feature to access a locked message easier. I will lock a text but it becomes hard to find as I have to scroll thru them all to find it. Very time consuming. Thank you for your consideration.

  10. Just a repeat of multiple requests for a backup for blocked and deleted texts.

    Every time I change devices and restore texts from Googles backup I get hundreds, maybe thousands, of blocked and deleted texts restored to my Textra. After all I'm an early Textra adopter so it has really built up. Surely there is a way to make a mini app that could save and restore those to their desired state. Thanks for an otherwise outstanding product.

  11. Support for Foldable Devices (Split Panel Layout)

    Am using a samsung Galaxy Z fold 5. It would be convenient for the app to adopt the split panel view for foldable devices. The left panel to display the Chats list, then the right panel (main view) to display actual messages for a selected chat. Otherwise, I am currently stuck using the default messaging app since it's more usable on a wide display.

    For a few days now, from a certain number of icons, the icons are offset by 2. If I choose a certain icon, it is the third-to-last one that is stuck in the text.

    other messaging apps have this, multiple inboxes so I can keep work separate from personal and if I'm at work and only want to look at my work convos I can or on weekend I can keep it on personal and only look at my person's texts.

    It would be so helpful to set a reminder on messages. For instance, items that need action or a reply at a later time. Just a simple notification for a later time when the message will show again.

  20. Mute Emoji Reactions

    Group texts are annoying now with dozens of reactions to each message. I don't need a notification for each reaction, but I don't want to mute the entire conversation and miss an important message. Please allow us to mute reactions only.
