  5. add to groups

    being able to add people to group messages would be one of the best things you could do right now. Currently if you want to add someone to a group you have to creat a whole new group which is pain when you are consistently adding people.

  6. 4.2 MMS over WIFI broken :'(

    After 4.2 update today, MMS over wifi no longer works for me and the settings (Legacy, for example) that I changed before to get it working are now gone. Is it possible to fix this so it works again? Thanks for your help!

  7. Text Grouping

    Pinning messages is a great feature, but it would be outstanding if I can Group conversations, like having folders/subfolders. Example, if there's several pinned convos for a wedding, and several of my family, and others for work, I'll be able to group the pinned conversations so it would be a cleaner more organized interface and I'll be able to find what I'm looking for with ease. Let me know if you need me to elaborate further.

  8. RCS Support

    New Android updates rolling out RCS support across lots of carriers and devices. Hopefully Textra updates to support RCS otherwise I have to switch to default messages app or a third party messages app that allows the RCS features like typing notification and read receipts.

  9. notification shapes notification shapes

    The new Customization should be related to the apps function.
    I don't see anything I would use because it's not text messages related
    Not a bad idea but .....make it more relevant to Textras purpose

  11. Multiple Photos

    why did you take away the ability to click multiple photos up to 10 to send in a text? Now it is so hard to send multiple photos when you have to keep clicking a picture and sending, click a picture send, Etc. Please go back to the way it was.

    now that we have different shapes for notifications it would be amazing if we could make the app icon match the notification one! plus having a big paw print icon to match match the notification would be awesome.

    can you make me a customized notification icon in the shape of a mountain bike? additionally can I assign different notification icons to different text messages? this would allow me to see via the icon which of my friends is texting me

  15. compact conversation/thread list

    I find it that there is a lot of space in between individual text conversations. Most other apps have very limited space between which I feel makes four much better user interface and allows you to see more conversations rather than have to scroll down to see them. I have a suggested this before that have yet to see the implementation and furthermore notice this format for most other messaging apps. as such it puzzles me that Textra does not implement this.

    I have the new Galaxy watch by Samsung, if I use Textra it only notifies from watch but switches default messaging app on phone when opened.

  19. Pink

    There is such a spectrum of colors, but not for pink. It would be nice if the choices went from a soft pink to the vibrant ones available. Pink is a very popular color and I was surprised at the limited selection given the representation for the other colors.

    we should be able to respond to a message while our phone is on the lock screen just like iPhone.
