  2. Bring MMS over WiFi back.

    The only reason I switched to Textra was because I could send and receive MMS over WiFi. The new update has done away with this feature.

  3. Bring back Prefer Wifi feature

    I started using Textra because it gave me a work around for the MMS not sending over wifi anymore. What reason would there be to remove it? I know Sprint stopped offering the feature to force clients to use data. I am not data dependent. if i cant send MMS through wifi, i may be dropping the app for a different option.

    Might as well go ahead and make all Textra style emojis available as icons. You can make iOS & other styles as paid add-ons later.
    Losing the color option sucks, but at least this provides more options moving forward

  12. Notification icon submission

    Now that we can only have white items, it would be nice to be able to submit requests for icons that we would like to see. Although, there would be so many requests.

    I live your App! paid for Pro years ago, and my wife and I both use it no matter what Android phone we get! It is one of the first apps we download every time!

    As a Textra supporter/beta tester for while now, asking/allowing age and level of user skill would be "easy-to-use" mode. visual, audio, connectivity..., parameters can be adjusted in settings as well...sure y'all run somewhere with that

  14. Add people to a conversation

    Currently in order to add one person to a group chat you have to recreate the group chat. Especially in larger conversations it would be really nice to just add one person.

  16. A Private Inbox

    It will be wonderful for you to create a Private Box feature. Having certain messages pinned, are those that are desired to be private. Due to the ease of 4 digit passcodes being decoded, I suggest a 6 -8 digit to be passcode should be required to open the Private Box. I discovered that many more customers are requesting this feature as well, so on behalf of all of us, we would appreciate the creation of the Private Box feature. Thank you

    this was a great feature and a strong reason I liked this app. still love it, and that's why I pay for it, but I don't understand the logic behind removing a customizable option unless newer OSs made it difficult.

  20. New "no icon color" notifications rule effective 11/01/18

    Well, that pretty much sucks. So much for a better app and getting away from Google 's monopoly.
    Your Textra app has a couple glitches, like no new text message notifications for any incoming texts on the Government issued ZTE, Android OS smart phones. Notifications do appear with the default texting app, but not with Textra, which is sad. Think you guys will ever get this fixed? It's still a problem, even after the two and half years ago when I wrote to you about it.
