    Expand customization beyond colors and profile pics and allow the user to chose which letters are displayed in the contact bubble or chose from a list of emojis -like a heart or 'no' symbol.

    It would be very helpful if you enable repeat option for timed messgaes like, birthday wishes repeated every year at the same time!

  3. changing view from favorites

    an option to change the view of favorites that are saved on phone so you can maximize the favorites instead of having to scroll down (leave that option) u can make rows next to each other etc

  4. Option for contact's notification sound to be used in group message

    An option for individual contacts within a grouo conversation to use the same notification sound that has already been assigned to them in a SMS conversation would be useful. Currently, as far as I can tell all contacts in a group conversation have the same notification sound when a text is received in that group conversation, regardless of whether they have their own notification.

  5. personnaliser les notifications

    Bonjour ! Je suis utilisateur Pro et je pense avoir une idée "design" concernant les notifications, en effet, lorsque le message s'affiche sur notre écran (fenêtre pop-up) afin d'écrire une réponse sans aller sur textra, la fenêtre dispose d'angle carré. Je pense qu'il serait plus judicieux et plus "beau" de mettre ses angles arrondis de tel sorte à ne pas avoir un carré "brut".

  6. SMS/MMS backup/restore

    A cloud backup/restore function should be normal in the app. at less, importation of the Google backup on gdrive. At this moment, if you reinstall or reset the device, you lose everything. not fun at all...

    every unread messages should be bold and not the regular one with just a message counter on the contact icon.

    The current location of the SIM change button makes it easy to switch the number when sending. if it's in the upper left or right corner accidental changes will be harder to make. if a SIM goes offline, do not default to the alternate automatically.

  14. "Read" statuses and typing notifications

    I recently switched from Samsung Messenger, and it would be nice to have the "Received" notification, the "Read" notification when the recipient has viewed the message, and a visual when the other person is typing a response. I'm not sure if this is possible to add, but it would be a nice option for those who choose to enable it in the app.

    please make your app compatible with the new Chromebook line. I was very disappointed that your program which I use on all my phones was not compatible with my new pixel Chromebook. is there a chance you're going to have a app for the Chromebook line? hoping.

  17. One notification for a text-storms.

    When receiving multiple texts from same contact e.g. 5 texts in a minute. Can we have one notification for the first text, and no notifications for the consecutive messages, but maybe show the notification as "5 messages from your ex".

    I apologize if there is already a way to go about this.

  19. Change swipe left/right function

    it would be great to be able to change what the swipe left or right function is on a message when looking at all your conversations. I'm constantly pinning/unpinning lots of my messages and this would save time.
