  1. Фильтрация сообщений по подстроке

    Здравствуйте.
    Прошу вас реализовать очень простую функцию фильтрации входящих сообщений по определенным фразам.
    То есть банально проверять на вхождение подстроки либо же использовать регулярное выражение.
    это поможет отсеять весь этот жуткий спам, который постоянно отвлекает.
    Черный список этот вопрос не решает, ибо спамеры часто меняют номера.

  2. Backup and restore option

    Hi,
    Can you integrate a backup and restore option in the app. It would be really helpful as I format my phone a lot and when I reinstall Textra , the blacklist and message history is empty.

  6. Notification Icon

    I have a pixel and it transitions all of the icons to round ones, which I love. but the small icon in the top left of the task bar is the regular Textra shape. we have the ability to pick the color of that icon, but could you please add an option to choose a round one? That would be nice and uniform. OCD I guess lol, thank you for letting us give you ideas. love this app.

  8. Nickname on Composing a Message

    Add a function "Nickname" in composing a message.
    Example, I will send a group message to my Students and I will send them:
    "Hello @Nickname."
    Then Textra will look for the contacts nickname of each recipients and replace it.
    Just like the Messaging of MIUI.

  9. Samsung S8 plus problem with emoji only using System emojis

    Just installed textra to get different emojis than Samsung provides on S8 Plus. Installed different emoji packs and initially keyboard emoji mapped to whichever one was selected, i.e. IOS, Blob, etc. Then it just went back to system emoji's ignoring which one was selected. Tried different keyboard but same problem. This is on two new Samsung S8 plus phones. Anyone having same issue and or resolution? thanks in advance

  11. Add support for bluetooth keyboards

    The followinf could imporve texting with Textra and an external keyboard.

    1. add the ability to navigate through conversations with arrow keys.

    2. add a shortcut such as Ctrl+m to start a new conversation.

    3. add a system wide shortcut to start textra (such as Ctrl+t).

    Hope this is helping improving.

  12. Turn off link previews for separate dialogue

    Add an ability to turn off link previews in dialogue customization settings. For example, I don't need them at dialogue with my bank's service.

  13. Show Sender on MMS Failure

    When MMS fails to download or times out, show which sender or contact was attempting to send it and show a failed message notice in the conversation for that contact if applicable.

  14. Does not save scheduled time when saving draft

    When I type a message and schedule it for a time, then back out of the conversation so the message is saved as a draft, the scheduled time is not saved. So I may not realize this when I re-enter the conversation to finish and/or send the message, and accidentally send it now instead of the time I scheduled it for.

    Not sure if this is a bug or the intended function, but I don't see this as a good thing.

  16. Integrate encrypted instant messaging using Signal protocol

    Similar to the iMessage system. Allow for encrypted instant messages that fail over to SMS when recipient(s) doesn't use the protocol or data/Wifi is unavailable

    Creation of a program for windows/OSX/Linux that would allow for local back up of messages, view/receive notifications from a computer as well as integrate a "remote texting" feature that would allow you to control the app on your phone from your computer, letting you send texts from the comfort of your computer through a Wi-Fi connection.

  18. update group failure notices

    when a group text message fails, whether a SMS or a MMS, have the ability to know which recipients got the message and which ones didn't.

  19. Block Large Messages

    A friend of mine occasionally sends large messages that crash my message chain with him, and the only solution is to delete my text history with him. Would it just be possible to block messages that are larger than a certain size?
