The ability to send a message without revealing the senders identity. This would be useful in the case where you want to send a spirit lifting message, or a compliment and knowing who sent it may not be so important.

when to play notification sound
like vibration there should be options for the notification sound by which one can choose to hear notification even in silent mode or on vibrate mode. I mean to say when to play the notification sound options should be given which allow one to even hear notification form single or multiple contacts even at vibrate or silent mode.

Auto Reply
Auto reply kind of like a do not disturb button instead of at night certain times u can set up a auto reply to all contacts if they send u something during that time frame u don't want to be disturb

Auto-Theme font color shouldn't always be black
When you enable Auto-Theme conversations no matter what the font color is black. So that means dark purple bubble + black text = completely unreadable. The font color should change dependent upon whether the color classifies as light or dark. Or make the calculation be a percentage so the font color would be 50% of the bubble color or something

Don't work on Asus ZenFone 3, Android 7.0
Textra is a very nice application.
BUT when my phone is in sleeping mode, I simply lost all sms.
NB: I have put Textra appli on no battery optimization, but don't work anyway.1 vote -
I cant activate the Textra keyboard, only Swype etc
I have installed the app, but when I open Textra, I can't use their keyboard. Instead I am forced to choose between the standard ones like Swype or gBoard. How do I get the Textra Keyboard (with iOS smileys, which I have installed)

Pourquoi ne peut on pas modifier l'option de ce que l'on veut faire en glissant le message à droite ou à gauche.
À gauche,on appelle le correspondant et à droite on efface le message.
Pourquoi ne pas laisser le soin à l'utilisateur de choisir ce qu'il veut, inverser par exemple, ou mettre le message en «prioritaire».

Quick Reply Problem
Quick reply disappears when screen light goes off, if in settings it says "until dismissed" it should mean it. It must not disappear on it's on when the screen light goes off.

Add events to callendar
all too often do I get a text to make plans for a something a few hours, days or even months away and I forget about them until the last minute. For example my dad wants to go to a concert July 24th but if I dont set a reminder, then I will surely forget about it. Please, make it possible for the app to detect appointments or events and give the option to save, much like Apple's iMessage

Fenix 3+ support.
I'm not sure if it's Textra or Garmin but my ONLY issue is that push notifications to my watch don't display the message text, if you guys could figure that out I'd love you forever.

double tap pop up reply name for call.
when you get a text in any other app, the quick reply comes up which allows you to reply quickly. would be great to double tap the pop up to call. press once would function how it does right now.

when sending texts with delays, single press to send with delays. Long-press to send without delay.
when you have the delay option enabled, short-press the send button to send with delay and long-press to send immediately? or vice versa

Samsung Dex
Would be great if we can get support for Samsung Dex. Currently, adding photos or emjoii's doesn't work. Also doesn't work as smoothly as when in regular mode.

Forwarding messages
Would be nice to see a list of conversation when forwarding vs searching for contact. When I want to forward to my group chat I can't select it from a list
