  2. Multiple threads one contact

    Textra seems to arbitrarily change spacing (blanks) in number and starts new thread. I.e 0417 777 555 vs 041 7777 555. Same number, Teo threads. Textra ignores format as per contact.

  4. Group responses seen by entire group, but not sent individually to group members

    When I respond to a group chat on Textra, my response is sent to each person in the group chat separately. I would like my response to show up in the group chat for everyone to see, but not sent individually. It results in a lot of confusion without context.
    Also, the ability to name the group chat and possibly choose a picture for it would be very helpful in identifying one from another.
    Lastly, the option to add or delete group members would be nice.

  6. Keep same filename as original messages app

    When I receive pictures, the file name is altered.

    When I used to receive pictures on the default messages app, the filename was unaltered, same as it was taken on the other persons phone. Not a big deal, as long as the timestamps are unaltered, but still...

  8. MMS backup to Google Photos

    Could keep a thumbnail on the device, and in a perfect world it actually gets stored in Google Photos called textra or MMS

    Saves space, Google photos is unlimited for this file size, never lose a pic

  9. Dual sim colour labelling

    Best SMS/MMS app I've used - one request for dual sim Ines - I'd really like it if I could add a colour to the sim description. Then when I'm sending a message in addition to the 1 or 2 I see, I could see a colour related to the 1 or 2. Would make it easier to identify my appropriate sim when I'm just glancing at my phone e, as opposed to really looking at my phone.

  10. How do you get out of a group text?!!

    How do you get out of a group text?!! That is the only reason I downloaded this app because someone on a message board said you could get out of group texts rather than have to bother ASKING the person to remove you (which is utterly stupid). If you didn't ask to be in the group message you shouldn't have to ask to get out. I hit blacklist just because I couldn't find anything else but since I know these people I don't want to block all their texts.

    BKoZ textra iz nice App .
    Mostly customizable ever.

    But one thing is ofcourse Missing.

  14. Save pictures to user selected folder

    Please allow users to select the location of saved mms. Or at least default to the DCIM Or Pictures folder.

    My received pictures are being saved in My device/Textra/Media... had I not gone looking for them, they may have well ended up deleted if I needed to restore my phone.

    When I select more than two numbers to send SMS, textra changes SMS to MMS. Any way to prevent it?

  16. Can't use picture gallery to MMS

    I recently purchased a new Xiaomi Mi5s Plus, and after setting it up all features of Textra work except trying to send MMS messages. I can receive fine, but when tapping the + button the gallery doesn't appear and the button does nothing. I'm thinking it may not be compatible yet with the default picture gallery app in MIUI 8?

  17. Notification privacy

    New messages from different contacts will have separate cards/notifications. New message notifications can be viewed from the lockscreen with only the contact details/name/timestamp shown. When pulling down the notification, the message preview is revealed. Pulling down further/fully shows a quick reply option.
