Typing
Textra should have a method to let Textra users if the other person is typing. Perhaps add that to the pro edition

Option to have time period where notification from same sender is not repeated
set a time length where notification will not be repeated for messages from same sender. this would prevent tons of sounds when a bunch of messages come in from one person.

Emoji set differences
I text with someone that uses the System emoji set and I use the iOS set. I've noticed differences in some of our emojis, such that the mapping between the sets isn't what you'd think. It would be great if you could tap or hold down an emoji in your message log and see the equivalent emojis for the other available sets. I find myself switching my set to hers often to see what she was actually sending and its frustrating.

Consistent emoji?
It's great that you can choose which emoji set you want to use but is it possible to set it so incoming emoji are whatever set the sender is using? The emojis don't really map exactly and I've found myself switching to their emoji set to see what they actually sent.

notify once
only play notification sound on the first new message received. Do not notify on any new messages after the first.

Long press to send another message
When using Textra in pop-up mode, long press the send button to keep the pop-up open after the message is sent, rather than the default of closing it.

When feature is activated an automated response is sent telling the party you are busy. A timer is included to turn feature off.

Option to view all images from all conversations in one area
just as stated above. it would be nice to have a way to view all the images from all your conversations in one screen so you can delete multiple/specific images across all your conversations at one time

Simple photo editor
it would be nice to have a basic image editor (like adding text, or emoji, drawing to an image) built into the app. so you can simply and quickly add what you want to the photo before sending it.

Make it easier to access contact info
currently, if I want to access the contact card for the person whose conversation I'm in, the option is buried away within multiple sub menus up on the top right corner. if I tap on the contact name above the conversation, that should open up the contact card.

Default number selected in case of more numbers for one contact
If I choose my custom group for sending sms, i get all number because contacts have more phone numbers defined. Can be added the option to autoselect only defaulted/prioritized number for each contact as it is in classic android sms sending?
