  2. Native Notification Badge

    Yes it would truly be nice to have native notification badge on this awesome sms app. Im using a Huawei P9 Plus and all's well except for the absence of a notification badge on the Textra icon on homescreen. All the other apps I got from playstore like viber, whatsapp, seem to be ok. Only Textra won't appear in the "badge app icon" list on the phone's homescreen "more setting". Thanks for this awesome app....it Rocks!

  5. Delete takes 3 taps, sometimes more. Avoid!

    Deleting just takes too much taps.
    full sliding should delete.
    Conversations can ask for two taps.
    If deletion ends in no texts in a conversation view, automatically navigate back.

  6. Option to hide conversations

    I think it would be nice to have an option to hide conversations with certain people, it is different than deleting or black listing them. I would like to have the conversation hidden instead of deleted so that I can look back at old texts and such. It would make it easier to look for specific people in recent conversations without having to scroll through all your messages. They would stay hidden until you unhide their conversation or they message you

  7. How about making a text app that actually CV honestly deletes texts and threads as they are chosen to , and appear to do, but it does not.

    Why not make the delete button push a Google override command to honestly remove unwanted texts or sent pics in real function, not keep redisplaying and offering it again and again after making me believe my delete command was ever respected by this app used in my Google nazi droid junk.

  8. Please! Read message tones from Contacts

    There is a place in Android Contact list to specify message tones on a contact by contact basis. It's a centralized place. Implementation may require a "refresh" capability, and be overwritten by any Textra unique specification. Please utilize it.

  10. Colored group contacts

    When in a group chat, is there a way for the contacts with assigned colors to show up in the thread? That way it's faster and easier to see who said exactly what? Thanks

  11. Notification toggle switch to completely turn all notifications (LED, sound, vibrate etc.) from app on or off

    Include one master toggle switch for all notifications from app, to turn them on or off.

  14. Quick compose tile in the notifications pull down menu.

    In Android N apps can make their own custom tiles in the pull down menu. It would be nice to have a Textra quick compose tile that could replace the persistent notification. Could be a little cleaner than the current implementation.

  16. Put some private convarsation so that they will not see the private convo and contacts in text message.

  17. Option for full text message in preview window

    I have plenty of real estate, would prefer to read more than a few words and dismiss, than have to click to read, leaving where I am on the phone, then have to click again to dismiss, then have to click back where I was to start out with. At least make full text am option, please...

  18. Message Reply Reminders

    Message Reply Reminders: have an option that you quickly select in a thread to 'Remind you Later' to reply... Sometimes I'm just not quite ready to reply to someones text but I don't want to forget they texted me... So if I could hit a little 'Clock' icon on the thread which would pop up a timer (ie. 5mins, 10mins, 30mins, 1hr, etc) then the app could Re-Notify me of the text message as if I'm getting it for the first time again so I remember to reply! Sound good? I know you guys can do it!

  20. Canceling Notification Results in READ MESSAGE

    When I cancle the notification without opening Textra with the help of Cross at the top of the notification bar, so the new message automatically becomes READ rather than UNREAD.

    Additional Information:
    I am using Verizon 1030 from Pakistan and my Network is UFONE.
