  1. Option to mute notifications.

    An option to mute notifications from an individual or group without muting others would be awesome. Similar to the Facebook chat, you can mute a person or group that is blowing up your phone for like 5, 10, 15 minutes, etc...

  6. Ability to arrange Favorites

    Don't know what changed, but now there is a list you have to choose from, instead of having the 2-3 rows of picture icons of your "Favorites". The rows and pics were much more convenient in my opinion. Neither of them were editable though, and that would make a huge difference. Having the ability to add to favorites and arrange them in the rows or on the list is a huge benefit. I text my husband the most and I now have to scroll down almost to the bottom of the new list to find him. I have just started…

  7. Be able to set up a priority alert time or do not disturb time period.

    Make an option to not receive audible notifications during a set time frame or when toggled on or off except from a n approved list.

  9. Avatar pictures next to text messages

    Textra should really consider adding avatar pictures next to text messages. Makes it much easier to identify who is saying what in a message. QKSMS works this way as does stock Samsung message and it works great. At least make it an option.

  11. Quick Reply extra feature

    When the floating notification pops up, it can have a pulldown type message box right under the message that was sent to you. You can use it straight from the home or lockscreen or from any app.

  14. New messages at bottom of list

    Post new messages at bottom of list instead of at top as most people hold phones at the bottom of the phone. This enables you to easily select conversations with one hand for most recent conversations. Or at least make it a settings option plz! When you open textra it will automatically bring you to NEW Messages at Bottom of list. This would be very handy, Pun is intended !

  17. Textra disobeys lock screen

    Steps:
    1. Lock phone screen with a classic pattern mode.
    2. Receive a text message.
    3. Click the bubble.

    Result:
    The SMS opens up and overrules the phone lock system.

    Expected:
    The SMS is NOT opened because the phone isnt unlocked, Textra grants any user the power to pass throw the security lock, which is very iritating.

  18. Better fitbit blaze communication

    I own the fitbit blaze and it has been having issues with receiving duplicate text notifications from the same message using textra. I contacted fitbit support and they came to the conclusion that it is your app that is causing the error. I went back to using default app which fixes the issue. I don't like the default app and would like to continue using your app but you would need to send out an update fix so that the fitbit blaze won't keep sending duplicate text notifications while I have textra set to default messaging app. Is there anything…
