  1. Please provide a setting to always show the timestamp next to messages

    I want the timestamp to always be shown next to each message. I currently have to swipe left on a message each time I go into a chat to accomplish this. Please please please please (please!) add a setting so that the default behavior is to show the timestamp next to each message (or just remember the timestamp state from the last chat). I'm really surprised you guys have not done this yet, since I've seen a bunch of other complaints about it in the reviews. Thank you!

  2. font color option

    i would like to say that font color from dark to light color option should be there for fun and as a designer that will make it diamond in sms apps.

  3. The ability to italicize or make words bold.

    How about the ability to italicize words or make them bold to stress a point. Use a lot of texts for work and would be helpful.

    Be able to add or remove group members to an existing group so the whole thing doesnt have to be recreated every time.

  6. 2 colours for dual sim.

    We have super dual sim support..!
    But it would be fantastic if we could set different colours themes for sim1 and sim2 conversations so it would be faster to navigate all conversations what's work and what's private.

  12. when open a conversion, there should be an option to hide contact number under contact name. its like privacy. handcent sms have this option

    when we open conversion. contact name and number is shown at the top.. i just want you guys to add and option to hide that number, so only the contact name is shown.
    handcent sms already have this option but i dont like it as its so laggy and slow.
    textra is a great app, i am using it on htc one m7. it would be great to add this option to your app.

  14. A option to rebuild the Textra database while keeping existing settings

    Clear Data forces a rebuild but you also lose the existing settings.

  15. Attach more than one image at a time, without having to go back and forth.

    when attaching images, sometimes they are barried deep in the photo gallery. It's time consuming having to try and find exactly where the images are at when scrolling for multiple images from the same time frame.

  16. dot of a different color next to texts that are READ but not REPLIED TO, as opposed to just UNREAD

    Often, people read a text but forget to reply. Having a colored dot or mark next to conversations in your inbox where you are not the last person to respond will minimize forgotten texts. This is similar to the dot currently appearing next to conversations with unread texts.

  18. Ability to create home screen shortcuts to text specific people

    long press on a text and offer the option to create launcher icon for that person so you can just click that to text that person
