  3. Ability to disable auto retrieve because of mms malware virus

    I was warned via my security app that there is an issue with android phones being I fected with malware through being sent a video file that auto loads to the phone when received. On most messaging apps you can disable this feature, I cannot find a way to disable this on textra.

  4. After recent update, last word or punctuation in to beginning of new text. This happens 100% of the time and affects all contacts. Please fx

  5. Always show starred contacts at top of search list

    When searching for contacts when composing a new message, always sort alphabetical but slow starred contacts at top of list.

    For example I have 5 contacts named Tom
    Tom A
    Tom B
    Tom C
    Tom D *
    Tom E

    As Tom D is starred, always show at start of list when searching for "Tom"

  6. Ability to reset recent used emojis.

    So far, I've seen a lot of people wanting an option to reset recent used emojis.

    It's inconvenient/annoying that us users cannot reset recently used emojis.

    For example, if a user was messing around spamming emojis, the emojis would show up in "recently used" tab and it would stay there.

    It's kind of annoying to look at and it looks messy.

    Please consider a reset button for "recently used" emojis.

  9. Text Response through Samsung Gear Fit Support

    Have the ability to respond with pre-recorded text messages through the Samsung Gear Fit. Comes standard for stock messaging on Android, and it would be nice if this feature was added. Reason why is that, for example, you or someone else gets into a car accident, and they use their 3x toggle on the watch to send a distress signal. There's no way to tell that person in a quick response that you have been in a car accident, being that your phone is far away when you crashed and you can't reach it.   11. Option to put your pictures into folders.

    Instead of looking through all my pictures when i want to send one, it would be nice to have the option to pick from a folder. This would make sending pictures much easier and prevent from sending a picture you had no intention of sending in the first place.

  12. Allow customizable repeat notification interval time.

    Instead of the default 2 minutes, allow the user to set the time they desire whether it be 10 seconds, 30 seconds, etc.

    The ability to automatically switch from light to dark background based on the time you set. For example, setting it to dark between 8pm-6am and it switches to light background between 6am - 8pm.

  14. Signature placement

    Signatures should be placed at the far right border with a line spaced, vertically, between signature and body of text. In it's current placement it appears that it's just part of my text. A signature is supposed to stand out and be noticed as not part of the text body. If possible, I would create several options for the signature in settings. Things like left, center, or right placement. Line spaced or not. Font and size. To follow is a proper signature.

  15. cloud sync not bulk backup

    Many cloud apps already there backing up in bulk.so you import and export in bulk. But what js not there is cloud sync. It will sync your sms to cloud. Like G Cloud backup does.it even allows you to see them from desktop.

  16. Turn off vibration

    Hello! My phone vibrates every time a new message arrives! How can I turn it off? I have already turn off the vibration on my phone's settings,but it still works...! It is very uncomfortable!

  18. Group Messaging Sent Notification

    When a message is sent to a group it would be helpful to have individual sending status. I recently sent a message to a lot of people and some recieved it but some didn't (based on the exclamation point by my message) I need to know who received the message without sending another text to everyone.

  19. Long press on send button enables message delay at customizeable time intervals

    Long press > message will send in 5 minutes (1 second later) > 15 minutes (release finger) = message will send in 15 minutes

    Seriously though the color choices are awful. Bunch of shades of horrid. Use a color picker that we can choose any hex or rgb colors. How hard us that?
