  1. New Fonts, Bubble Designs and We Can Change The Background

    I mean it's good if we can choose fonts and the bubble designs and put a picture on our background. Also I want the old Group Message thingy.

  2. Please give an option to NOT bring up the keyboard by swiping up. This function makes it difficult to scroll down through long messages.

    The swipe up keyboard covers long messages. There needs to be the option to only bring up the keyboard when you tap in the typing box.

  3. Option leave message unread after swiping android push notifications

    When swiping away stock Android push notifications the message is a automatically marked as unread. I like the textra floating notification and would like to be able to clear the stock notification so as to save mesaages unread for later.

  6. Group Message Improvements

    For group conversations, it would be great if you could give the group a name and its own image. Also, allow a shortcut to be made to the group. By this, I mean just like you can put a contact shortcut on the android home screens, a shortcut for a whole group would be awesome. This is a function I had on Go SMS that was quite useful when you part of a group that you need to talk with regularly but don't want to always keep all the messages (for example, a sports team you play on).

    Having a smaller quick reply window would be a pretty useful addition. Maybe something similar to the iPhone quick reply.

  9. Ultra power saving mode

    Samsung has an ultra power saving mode and when the mode is switched on I don't get any texts whatsoever, even if I turn the mode off, like any texts I would have received I would never get at all. Having support to be able to use textra while in ultra power saving mode would be enough to have me pay to use the app.

    So many people have recommend a home screen widget like Google Messenger where you can scroll through conversations and click one to open it.

  16. Redesign floating notification+ quick reply

    The floating notification should just be a banner across the top of the entire screen, with a text editing bar on the bottom of it, and if you press the text edit bar it'll open the keyboard for a quick reply. If you swipe right, it'll dismiss the notification. Swipe left could be an option that the user sets to delete, remind later, or whatever.

    As it is now the floating notification is functionless which is frustrating when i see other apps with functions, like the stock Android and iphone messagers.

  18. Reply right from message notifications

    Functionality to reply to messages from a new message notification similar to how the latest version(s) of Google Hangouts handles replies.(http://www.droid-life.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/hangouts-quick-reply.jpg)
    While I think the ability to quick reply is fine, it would be nice to skip that separate window step and reply directly in the notification.

  19. Add "group chat mode" option(sms vs mms) to override default settings.

    Most ot the groups I want it to be set as mms, but I have several groups that I need it as sms. Please add that feature. Would greatly appreciate.
