  5. offer the option to use pictures from gallery as convo background. bonus points if i can select a unique background for each conversation.

  6. Passkey for app and notification access

    I would like you to consider including an option to lock the app with a (most preferred a password) to access the app. Else, include a private box to hide some messages. If possible, include the option in the notification also.

  8. Incorporate Chomp SMS & Google Messenger Features

    Since Chomp SMS is also created by Delicious Inc., I noticed there are some features from that app that could go well with Textra:

    1) allow SMS & MMS backup in Textra.
    2) give us the option to include contact pictures next to messages.

    Now for some other features I'd like to see not included in Textra (or Chomp):

    3) the option to archive messages
    4) group pics together that are sent in one MMS message

  9. Blocking "contain text" option on blacklist

    i receive daily currency amounts from by bank, but i don't want to block my bank, only currency messages bloking i needed. other messages is important for me,not currencies.

    Some carriers don't support MMS. It would be great if MMS functionality could be disabled in the settings.

  16. Different color text in inbox of the sms text for who last message was from.

    for the part of the sms that we can see in a thread from inbox. One color for last message was from other person and another color for last message was from me. This would let me see who was last responder from inbox without opening the sms thread.

    I love Textra, but there is a distinct lacking of any paid apps or donation options. I have plenty of Play Store credit laying around and I would love to support the devs that make one of my most used apps!
