  1. web accessible sms

    I've been using textra for about 3 years, I love the app and everything in. The one additional feature that I think would be amazing to have is sms messaging from a laptop or computer. even if it were just a chrome extension, being able to reply to someone while in a meeting or while at workstation would be immensely helpful

  2. Group Messaging Bulk

    I know this option is already in the settings but having easy access to it when you actually make a group would be very convenient. Maybe put a check box in the drop-down menu that says (send as group) or (send individually).

  3. mute duration / expiration

    I like thread mute, but I only want to mute for an hour or two.

    I would be fine with a global mute duration setting, since I can block a number if I really want to stop someone forever.

    why? I mostly use mute to stop busy social group messaging from driving me crazy. however, people reuse the same thread (recipient list) day after day, week after week. I don't want to miss tomorrow's social plans just because I can't handle the spamming beeping right now.

  5. Calendar / date and time integration

    Integrate Google calendar so that dates in different formats can be clicked which opens the calendar app with data filled in. Eg. 1.1.18 01.01.18 01.01.2018 1/1/18 01/01/2018. So any text containing a date can be clicked which opens the calendar with an event add dialog open with date filled in. This would make appointments easy to add. Thanks

  6. Make it easy to add new contacts or edit them right from within Textra.

    Make it easy to add new Contacts or edit Contacts right from within Textra. I understand that extra would need to open the default contacts app on my device, but it would save me the hassle of having to exit extra and open the contacts app manually.

    THERE IS NO OPTION TO SET SMS AS A REMINDER FOR EXAMPLE IF WE RECEIVE CREDIT CARD BILL PAYMENT SMS THERE MUST BE OPTIONS TO SET AS REMINDER

    When forwarding a multi-part
    conversation, the replies from each participant all run together. Could you add the sender's name before each commet?

  11. choose photo in album

    Hi, would there be a way to have the choice, when searching for a photo to send it, to look for it either by scrolling the gallery (as it is doing currently), or by searching it in the photo album, when the device proposes the possibility to create albums (for example : vacations May 2018, Christmas 2016, etc..)

    I think that this way, it will take less time to look for the pic. you want to send...

  12. Custom notification for MMS

    Be able to set the notifications for Mms to something different than the standard. For example, and different sound plays to let you know its a MMS VS regular message.

    just like we can now choose skin tone, allow the default gender of emojis to be set. even when toggling it's a pain to switch from female to male. thank you!

    wouldn't it be nice if we can all set screen color - so our background on textra, how we want? .. because for example - for me and my feiends black od dark are really to dark,.. but on the other hand white and light are tooooo bright.. we would like to have sonething in between.. like i dont know.. dark blue.. or nice light pink.. what if you make that we can all by ourselfs choose thw color of the screen.. not only black, dark, white, light and that option light & dark.. what do you think about that?

    Similar to Google Messages, allow a quick reply option that pops up right under the text message you just received. Simply tap the one you want to send and that's it.

    Need to see and perhaps delete Unread messages in one go instead of going through huge volumes of read messages to find an occasional Unread message.
