  2. Interpret iMessage "tapback" icons

    So annoying when iPhone users "Liked/Emphasized/Questioned a ____" and the response reprints my entire text. Google Messaging app interprets this now. It would be great if Textra Pro would, too. I volunteer to Beta test it!

    If a contact have multiple phone numbers, display which one sent the message ("Mobile", "Pro", ...).

  10. Single function Blocklist AND Delete

    Takes so many extra taps to do both.
    Must delete before leaving the blocklisted message or it stays and builds the database.
    Takes enough just to report it.

    I have my steps to handle that and manage spam numbers otherwise, BUT an option to Blocklist AND Delete at the same time would be easy to add and ideal for many.

    I'm told this exists already on other apps.

  11. Notification icon colors.

    this may not be fixable on y'all's end as I believe this is handled by the OS but if you have someone with say a pink color text you you'll have a pink notification icon appear. If someone who is any other color texts you and the previous pink notification is still active the new text message will also be pink. if at all possible it'd be nice for each notification to have a color dependent upon the sender.

  12. blocklist & delete in less clicks

    been getting lots of spam texts recently. Be great if when I add to blocklist it then immediately asks me if I want to delete the message. Now it takes several additional clicks to delete after adding to blocklist. Thanks.

  13. Better Filtering

    It would be nice if the SMS could be run in whitelist mode where messages not in the whitelist get sent to a special "Everyone Else" area and iconic notifications are NOT triggered (unless set up that way in prefs). Contacts are automatically part of the whitelist (unless removed from there), as woul be anyone else manually added.

  16. Please stop uppercasing MIxEdCaseWorDS

    Sometimes I want to type canonically-styled words, like VoLTE, NVMe, or something like that. If part of the word is capitalized, it will forcibly capitalize the whole word! At the very least, allow this to be an option that can be turned on or off.

  18. custom notification sounds for each contact.

    I'd like to be able to set a custom notification sound for contacts that I text with often. for example if my wife is texting me, I know it's her just by the notification sound.

  19. auto detect security codes and copy

    truecaller has a feature that auto detects security codes in sms ("here is your one time login security code ____")

    and it adds a button to the sms notification to quickly copy just the security code from the message so I don't have to type it in or copy the whole message from the app

    can you add this feature to textra?

  20. archive and category

    I LOVE this app but it would be nice to add archive and also message categories. I run a business and on my other app I can organize messages into categories I can create like personal and colleges and associates etc. whatever I want. also a pass code would be cool too
