  5. Pop texts

    1 Request you to feature a pop up text when incoming. Especially for Otp's etc.
    2 Also make sure your blocking feature actually does work.
    3 Lastly if u can have a finger print lock.
    Rest is just spot on.

  6. Dual Sim - Dual Alert Tones??

    Hello there. it would be really great if there was a way for us dual Sim phone users to associate a different alert tone for each of the sims in our phones. With the standard messaging app on my Samsung Galaxy S9, I was able to have different message alert tones for each of my sims, so I could instantly recognise whether the text/MMS message was a personal one or a work one. Can this be integrated into Textra as currently, all my messages have the same alert tone and doesn't differentiate between my two sims. Thanks

  7. Reply to Specific Post

    Maybe a long press on a post and a menu of options like reply, pin, delete for myself, delete for all, edit would appear to help steer the conversation better would be great.

  8. Combine auto-notifications from different #s

    I get so many auto SMS notifications for deliveries, subscriptions, bank, public health board, much more. 2FA ones I delete, but many others I like to keep for later reference. But some of them send from 2-3 different numbers each, which clogs up my message list a lot. I'd like to be able to combine all the messages into one chat, e.g. if I designate this contact has 3 "mobile" numbers, they could all show as one thread.   9. Home Screen Widget

    Textra is nearly perfect already but is missing one thing...

    App needs a widget that can be custom sized on the home screen that either shows the most recent messages and/or a list of favorite contacts that show how many unread messages each one has.

    The emojis are off by 2. In other words... When I press the emoji for fist it inserts the thumbs up. Also, I've notice the app has gone down hill ever since Microsoft got involved.     There's no way there isn't a workaround for this. This is one of the main reasons I use Textra.

  14. Create additional step prior to deleting

    Please create an extra step prior to a conversation being deleted with a single swipe.

    It is WAY too easy to accidentally delete an entire conversation when opening Textra as the phone is often moving more slowly than my fingers!

  15. Bubble spacing/grouping

    Bubbles for text messages that are received in the same minute should be spaced closer together vertically, and bubbles sent in a different minute have a bigger space between it and the next bubble. As of right now, all bubbles are equally spaced, regardless of time sent or received. (Much like bubble spacing/grouping in Messenger, iMessage, etc.)

  16. Copy OTP code from notification action

    In India authentication of many payment transactions happen through OTP text message. OTP means One Time Password. Android's in built messaging app has an Option of 'Copy <code>' in the notification action options. It is a very convenient feature which helps in copying the code from the message to clipboard without the user having to opening the message or having to leave the app the user is currently working on (which requires the OTP) . Can you provide this feature?

  19. Textra does not actualize group information

    It looks like that textra did not update the contacts information for groups/labels. I've contacts stored in nextcloud and sync it to android with DAVx5. The contact in the adressbook of android has the correct group information, but this is not visible in Textra.
