  1. more customization

    Textra Ui is osm and i have been using it by replacing my stock app. And i wish it could have more customization like bg changer and also features alike in whatsapp plus. I mean the typing area changer, and bubble shape changer. Tat will b cool. I dont wish to go for other apps in the market coz textra is worth having. anyways. Great job .

  2. To have a dual sim feature where we can select which sim to send to when sending a new message.

    Most phones are dual sim phones. This idea can be understood by an example - suppose we have two sims, let's call them sim A and sim B. We can send messages by sim B but we cannot send by sim A. In the current update, as there is no dual sim feature, people always have to remove one card so that we can send a message. This is very time consuming and annoying. So, there should be a dual sim feature.

    Instead of the app opening to all conversations page, it opens to the last open conversation

  4. WiFi message sender if both users online

    An option that Textra would automaticly switch from data to WiFi, when both of users are connected to WiFi.
    Sending messages would be more cheaper and easier. My best messenger program with WiFi option
    Still, good job, keep up the good work

  5. Auto select legacy or system if one fails to send out receive.

    I have to switch back and forth between the two modes depending on if I am using Wi-Fi and VPN at work, wifi without VPN at home, or 4G. I am always getting send and receive failures for MMS. Can the app auto select a different mode if the first one doesn't work?

  6. Send icon too close to text box

    Send texts on accident when just trying to select the last letter in the line to correct spelling. Can it be moved to the keyboard or require two taps to send?

  8. When in a group message sometimes you want to reply to one invodidual. Currently this means closing the text conversation, pressing the (+),

    When in a group message sometimes you want to reply to one invodidual. Currently this means closing the text conversation, pressing the (+), entering the name of the contract and composing a next message.
    I think a simple solution would be to tap the group contact hover button which displays the contacts in the conversation and if you then tap the individual you wish to communicate with Textra will open a new text to them.

  11. More customizable features to a specific contact

    To have more settings to customize a specific contact. Handcent has lots of different customizable settings for any given contact from fonts color, size, style. Bubble style, color, transparency, custom background. Like all different features on handcent. But I like textra better and would love it if it had more features to customize.

  12. Have option to fix incorrectly placed messages, timestamp incorrect or duplicate message shown at a different time then actual timestamp

  15. Less obtrusive quick reply with pull down instead of large window.

    Floating notification appears upon message. Simply pull down on that to open quick reply and keyboard like on iOS or Floatify as opposed to a large obtrusive window. Swipe it away to dismiss it. Leaves screen in the middle open still.

    When I want to send an mms I have to scroll through tons of images just to find one, but why can't you just show the folders the images are in instead?

  17. Convo themes match bubbles, not overall theme

    Like in Google messenger, theme of the contact bubbles is theme up top as well. Home screen should be only place theme remains the same please change!

    We can select multiple messeges and share them but its difficult when there are 100s of messeges and you want to share. So there should be an option for sharing a complete conversation
