    Allow user to customise action performed when sliding conversation right and left from a list of actions (allowing for action list to be extended in further releases). Actions should be marked then approved to perform by user (same as current mark for delete). Actions should include; Mark for delete (existing action - default), call contact (either non groups or first available in group), mark unread, archive, lock (preventing accidental deletion without needing to move to archive) etc.

  5. The ability to schedule texts?

    just the ability to send a text at a different time. I work at night, so when I need to text people, sometimes I don't think about it until it's too late. It would be nice to be able to send or set up text for the morning.

  7. Can we disable autocorrect?

    I cannot find a Knowledge Base article anywhere. Someone please help if its already posted here. The AutoCorrect features in this app are terribly annoying and super unhelpful.

  10. Combine received split texts

    When receiving text messages, they come in small patches and in the wrong order. I saw there was a text splitting option that helps when there is an issue but it would be nice to have the app combine all the incoming messages into one solid text.

  11. Always On support

    Always On support. the Always On feature in Galaxy s7 doesn't support keeping the message count on the screen. If I use the native messaging app the message count is on the Always On screen. this isn't so with Textra.

    i want to set password on particular conversation or it should be hidden in the app somewhere. so that if someone holds my cell phone he couldn't access that conversation

  13. advanced search options

    sometimes I'm trying to find a specific message from a specific person from months back, but by searching words for clues to get me there, I have to sift through a ton of other messages to even find it. it would be really convenient to have some standard advance search options available. let me search by text chain. let me search for exact phrases or some of the words. let me exclude other words from my search. let me search between 2 specified points of time.

    I've been a pro user for years. sometimes finding an old message isn't worth…

  16. PRIVATE INBOX!!!!

    You need to include a private inbox. most of the features are already in the block list. Only the block list takes to many clicks to get to. Where you could get to a private inbox by the word Textra on the app and input a passcode and/or use fingerprint!!!! Please, for once listen to this request and the request of others.

    videos received from iPhones are horribly digitized. iphone to iphone videos, sent via text, are amazing quality. Any way this app can be updated to do that type of picture quality?

    Google messages now displays iPhone reactions properly as an emoji instead of a duplicate text. is Textra able to implement this same update?
