  4. New Message Alert

    I was at lunch today with a friend that has a Galaxy S7 and he uses Textra. When he gets a new message he gets an unread message number count on his home screen that displays the number of unread messages. Is this something that is built in to the S7 overlay? I have the Nexus 6P and i dont see any options to turn on the count feature.

  7. Customize notifications in threads

    So my stock text messaging app will ring with different customized notifications to each person and make a different sound for each one texting in the thread. But textra does not do that, that I know of.

  9. Compatibility for Samsung Game Tools

    Please add comparability for Samsung Game tools. Textra is the only notification that comes through while "no alerts" is checked in game tools.

  11. Scrolling

    I suggest that when u back out of an individual text conversation that the list of conversations automatically scroll back to the top. This way you'd see the dots that indicate new messages. I have missed/had a delay responding to many new texts because I thought the list I was looking at was at the top. I often refer back to old text conversations lower down in the list and the screen remains there when I press the back button. This gives the I'm prey that there are no new messages.

  14. Have inline notification replies with Android phones running 7.x

    One of my favorite features introduced in Android 7 was the ability to reply to message notifications within the notification. On many apps, when the heads up notification comes in, there is a reply button where you can type your reply within the notification and without going into the app. While you can do this after the Textra heads up notification is dismissed, it would be a great idea to have the reply button built-in to the heads up notification.

  15. Pull down inbox

    I like the idea of the pull down quick compose but it would be cool to have a pull down quick inbox instead of going back to the homescreen and clicking the app it would be cool to stay in the open app and text from the pull down screen

    hello, is it possible to have an option desactivate the case sensitivity in the search engine ?

  18. fix broken exit after send on Samsung Galaxy S4

    frequently after sending a message on Samsung Galaxy S4 with Textra, the application incorrectly exits completely. please fix this frustrating behavior. The message thread is completely lost and conversation disrupted.

    I wish I could delete messages from a date to another one, for example delete all messages from October 2016 to January 2017 for all conversations
