  2. "reply" not needed when notified of...

    .. both privacy options are unchecked in notifications. The only option should be to click the notification itself to expand the message when you are ready to view it (privacy minded). Otherwise you wouldn't know what to reply about yet anyway and it only serves as an annoyance that the notification size is larger than it should be given logical thinking and possibly obstructing other ongoing screen activity.

  4. Contact picture in conversation

    It would be nice to have the option to see contacts picture next to each message in conversation. At least give the option to toggle on/off

  7. Before I leave 2 stars...

    Will change to 5 stars when they fix 2 function deficiencies and one flaw. 1. When you press & hold a message in a thread to select it, there NEEDS TO BE A "SELECT ALL" OPTION. (ALL apps I own have this option) 2. Just as there is a two step confirmation to delete a text, we NEED A "SEND CONFIRMATION" OPTION in Settings. (So you don't accidentally send an unfinished text). (I don't know what the Send Delay option is good for?)

  16. more granular send delay

    love the send delay, but maybe there's a way to input a custom delay, perhaps in milliseconds, so if we wanted say, a half second delay instead of a full second, we could enter 500 and have it be that. a way to make fractional choices instead of preset whole numbers?

  17. Update notifications for Nougat support.

    Nougat has allowed messaging apps to have native heads-up​ support with the ability to reply right from the pop-down. While currently, in Textra, we can reply directly from the notification shade, we can not see past messages upon expansion, and we cannot use Nougat's latest heads-up system pop downs. Adding support for these would greatly streamline user experience with the rest of the system, and allow Textra to be more efficient in letting you communicate with other people through text.

  18. Replied messages in conversation list

    Hey,

    absolutely love the so and can't see myself using anything else EVER! It would be great to be able to keep track of what conversations I've already replied to without having to open the individual conversation window.
