  1. Remove from group

    It would be great to be able to remove someone from a group. When you have to start a new group just to avoid bugging people who no longer need to be in the group you lose continuity of information.

  3. Reminder to Reply

    I have notifications set to notify me of unread messages every few minutes, which is wonderful to keep me from missing a text. They're are times though, when I am unable to respond when I read a message.
    It would be so helpful to have a snooze feature that would remind me to reply. For me it would be especially helpful to snooze personal messages until I get home from work or until I go to lunch. It would also be useful for those times in which we need to think before responding.

    I wish there were nickname options to display instead of just the contact full name.
    some contacts have multiple numbers such as personal phone and work phone so I wish I could change the chat name to whatever I wish

  6. website in a text message

    When there's a website address in a text message, it should to automatically open when clicked on. This used to happen but now it prompts me to choose what to do each and every time. This is annoying imo.

  7. make unread messages bold

    I find it is not too easy to distinguish between read and unread messages in the conversation list. The only thing indicating a messages unread is the small color bubble. It would help a lot if unread messages could be bolded. Thanks for considering!

  9. Group Messaging Chat/Bulk toggle

    It would be nice to be able to select whether a Group message should be in Chat mode or in Bulk mode without having to go through Settings. Not sure that's possible though.

    my friends with iphones can react to my texts, but i cannot react to theirs. it would be nice to have an option to respond to a text with any emoji, and the ability to "like" or "love" a text.

    I need to copy an email address (or phone number or verification code) from a long text and I want to copy only that information, not the entire text bubble.

  15. smartwatch compatibility

    make textra work on Samsung Smartwatches, I have the galaxy active 2 and textra does not work on it, and the default messaging app barely functions properly on my phone (sends messages hours late even though it says they are sent immediately) I have used textra for over a year and cant use anything else.

  16. swipe actions

    when you swipe a message to the right you get a option to delete message. when you swipe to the left you get an option to call. I would like to switch these two. it makes it easier to do with one hand. Thank you.

  18. Like, Love, etc a Message (like imessage and messenger)

    i have an android phone. when people with iphones like my message it resends the message with the senders name and text "liked" with the message quoted or picture resent. in group messages this can get lengthy.

    the suggestion is to either allow the same so it just shows an emoji on the message that was liked or to allow android users to refuse or turn off those notifications.

    As the title states, this is an idea to implement a trash bin of sorts: a way of storing texts previously deleted (either intended or unintended) to have a final say to either keep or remove permanently
