  1. Automatically fetch photos from URLs

    It'd be neat if Textra could identify a URL that hosts an image (ex: imgur.com/animatedimage.gif) and embed the photo or gif in the SMS or MMS message automatically. If you get sent a link to a photo, the picture just pops up in the message instead of the user having to click the URL to see the image in another app

  2. Name order

    It would be nice to be able to change the name order. Now it is fix, like "John Smith". In many applications there is an option to change it to "Smith, John". It's nice for many people, but in some countries the normal and official order is "Smith John". Very few applications support this format, and to use any of the other two formats is very strange for my eyes and it's hard to find a contact in the contact list. Please let us able to set the appearance of the name format for all the three formats! Thank you! …

    Hi, yesterday my xperia e4 did an upgrade to its keyboard. Since then when I try to type an sms with textra all keyboard keys are white. I had to get xperia keyboard to its factory defaults to get textra keyboard working. Any solutions? Regards

  7. A trash can/auto clean

    A trash Can, when the SMS are deleted to keep it while x days, ideal combined with an auto deletion. example, all the SMS older than 7days (or higher) are moving a trash can and deleted after.

  9. Consolidate stranger messages.

    sorting all stranger messages into one folder would be handy. far easier to search for the message where there is no contact reference.

    I think it's cool that Textra has its own notifications, but please make it so we can turn this off. The screen overlay software breaks other apps and there's no reason to force it.

    I like the green colour from the iPhone messages app. Could be nice to have the choice to choose that colour.

  15. setting to combine/separate notifications

    currently if a contact has sent multiple unread messages, the floating notifications are combined to a single notification stating "# unread messages." i would like a setting to keep floating notifications separated so each individual message preview can be seen (if message preview is selected).

    When I create a group and send a text it sends to all numbers for each contact.. i.e. mobile, home, work. Is there a way to fix this?

  20. Accès au paramètre...

    Je vous propose un excès plus pratique et facile au paramètres en faisant comme avec Google, un toucher glisser de la gauche vers la droite (en partant du bord gauche) pour accéder aux diverses option: paramètres, aide, commentaire, etc...
