  1. Message read notification

    I see you all said that global will not allow you all to display a check mark or the word "message read" when the recipient read the message but What's app allow me to see when my recipient read the message by making two check marks green. Maybe you all can look into that but other than that this app is great!!

  3. 'Backup Settings' is a necessity!

    Many have asked for this functionality (for a while now). If you want to implement another new feature, let it be something that encourages people to keep using Textra each time they upgrade to a new phone. We are sick of having to set up Textra again and again, line by line, trying to remember the colors/ options that were set on the old phone.

  14. Private box to be added

    Consider adding private box to Textra app. It is very useful tool offered also by other competing apps for sms. I have a premium version of Textra but really missing such tool.

    get rid of the overbearing huge new message icon laid over the message list at the bottom right. not pretty, looks untidy, and reminds me of the hateful bubble from facebook messenger.

  17. enable contact photos in conversations so that the text bubble will be coming from a picture

    I want the person I'm texting's contact photo to be displayed so that it looks like their photo is saying the SMS.

  18. show number of texts per person in contact list next to each contact

    when you first open Textra, and you see each contact that you've been texting, to see a total of texts for each person would be nice. GoSms has that feature. that being said, I much prefer Textra over Gosms.thank you
