  1. react to messages with an emoji and also put an option for the person and observes to show a picture on our messages

    let us be able to react to messages and also let us put pictures of ourselves and the person we are texting!!!

  3. See past Emergency Alert history

    add the ability to review dismissed emergency alerts. Once you hit okay on the alert it disappears. stock messaging app has the ability under more, advanced options, then wireless emergency alert. There was a fire evacuation order for my city and I accidently tapped ok vs the link that would tell me if I was in the evacuation area. Had to figure out how to find the message. if I had been effected by the order could have been bad.

  5. Password protection for private messages

    Enable any contact to be labeled as private and thereafter, any messages sent or received from that contact goes into a private box accessible only with pw.

    Would also be excellent to be able to turn on pw protection for the entire app (to be able to open it at all). WhatsApp has this and it's very simple and effective.

  8. Long texts

    Hello,

    I have the Pro version.

    Could you, in a future version, increase the number of lines displayed when entering long texts.

    I send lots of long business texts and having to scroll to review what I wrote before I send is a pain. I suggest simply not having any limit other than the screen's own size. It will not impact existing users and will be a plus for users like me (2 other SMS apps do just that but they are not as complete as Textra, hence my choice of Textra).
