    I wish there was a 'delete' option in the notification pull down shade. I have it for emails.

  6. Keep Texts Based on Age of Text

    Right now you can only keep based on number of texts in a conversation. I'd love to be able to set it to automatically delete texts after 30 days, 90 day, 1 year, 2 years, etc.

    SMS texting is not going to get any better anymore. Would like to see the Textra team switching to secure messaging or some hybrid sms-e2ee.

  9. Show number of unread messages in notifications

    Show the number of unread messages you have received from someone in notifications. If they send multiple, show how many they have sent which you have not read. The problem is that right now, you dont know if someone sent you only 1 message or multiple.

    This used to be there but was changed in a recent update I think. Anyone know how to get it back?

    any chance of including more options for the screen color in the app. instead of having it just. be light, dark, black, maybe throw in, option for image choice for background or gradient options to choose from in addition to light, dark, and black.

  12. Switch the "Liked..." for a thumbs-up

    When someone on an iPhone gives your message a thumbs-up emoji, you get a "Liked (All of whatever you said)" from them. Why?? Just show a thumbs-up!

  13. Saved message selection

    Looking to have a menu of saved messages to send quickly. Such as a link to my Calendly or website, a quick message that I send as a reply to new customers that I use repeatedly. Basically a message comes in and I can have a quick response to select from.

  16. Send later: use a timer to delay sending

    Instead of having to define the precise time when sending later, an additional option to send later with a timer would be nice. See: I want to send in 5min, let's set a timer to 5min and go, instead of having to calculate what time it will be in 5min and the time I calculate and set the clock widget to it, it's already 1 minute lost. Maybe easier and might also better fit people's need, which might not be to schedule a sending bitt to delay it.

  17. link to Your Phone on windows

    Textra is superior to the free messages app. that is unquestionable. but the Your Phone app is synced to the crappy messages app. when messages are deleted from Textra they are still in Your Phone, and i have to open the free messages app and delete them there. can this be fixed?

  18. 2 options Forward msg to spam 7726 AND Fwd to spam

    Spam forwarding requires the message, awaiting a reply, then the number.
    Shorten typing by adding 2 options. Ive suggested a 3rd for blocklist /delete elsewhere.
    1) Fwd to 7726 (Spam) (MUST send # after)
    2) Send # to 7726 (Spam) (do after msg fwd)

    3) Blocklist AND delete message (suggested this idea as Single Function Blocklist AND Delete)

    This currently takes A LOT of steps/taps becoming time prohibitive or for some too difficult, especially if receiving a lot.

    Since you can't control requirements for reporting, shorten the steps for users in this app as above with reasonably easy to create…
