  2. Option to randomise the message/conversation colours?

    Why can't the devs add an option to randomise the message colours? Google Messenger does it, and so does a couple of other sms replacement apps.

    When you have a mesaage with lots of chat bubbles the option to go to begining or end of mesaage quickly instead of scrolling

  4. Delete/mark as read messages directly from its notification

    We should really be able to delete/mark as read any messages directly from its notification by expanding. I've been really looking for this feature to quickly delete spam texts soon as I receive them without disturbing what I'm doing currently. Strongly feel a great app like Textra should have this feature :)

  5. To have a pop up

    When you get a text instead of having to unlock your phone the text will pop up and you'll be able to send a text back all before unblocking your screen

  7. In a previous version of the app I was able to assign a different signature for each recipient. Now I seem to have only one choice assigned

  10. Option to have temporarily allow replies from lock screen.

    You only want your messages hidden when others are around. If you know you're gonna be alone for a while it would be nice to have the option to allow reading the messages and replying for a set time. Sort of like a reverse incognito mode

    Perhaps in the app, there can be an icon you touch/hold to bring up a slider with different amounts of time (30, 60 min., etc.). While still holding your finger down you can drag down to the time you'd like to be able to read or reply quickly from the home screen.

  13. Issue. it's impossible to delete messages from sender who isn't in phonebook

    I try to delete messages received from my bank. I do it, but they are still in stock messenger, and after 2 minutes they appear in textra again

  16. Notification pop up is annoying

    Notification pop up set for 5 sec but often stays on much longer. Can't swipe it off & blocks stuff. Annoying! Can you make it swipable?

  17. HOW ABOUT DOCUMENTING THE DELETE MESSAGE FEATURE?????

    There is NO place where deleting messages is explained. I can get the trash can, I can checkmark the message, BUT WHERE IS THE NEXT STEP EXPLAINED?

    If the developers aren't comfortable with their English skills, they need to find someone who is fluent with English, AND CREATE A FAQ OR "HOW TO" DOCUMENT.

  18. Move the send arrow out of the texting window

    The Send arrow in the text writing area causes too many mistakes. If touched it will send the message whether it is completed or not and this happens to many times.

    Get rid of that arrow send key all together and make a send key down on the keyboard without replacing the Enter key.

  19. I can't send a group message.

    Whenever I send a group message, it always fails. So what I'm going to do is send it individually, and it's hard. Because it causes so much time. Fix it please.
