MMS delivered checkmark
While sending SMS two checkmarks appear below the message. The first one is the 'sent' checkmark, and the second one is the 'delivered' checkmark.
When I send an MMS only the 'sent' checkmark appear. Why? I want to know if the person I sent the MMS has received it. Lots of stock messaging apps don't receive MMS automatically, it demands for people to be with/put the mobile data on. Sometimes not even a message warns them that they have a pending MMS.
So please, can you had the sencond checkmark (the 'delivered' one) to MMS?10 votes -

Option for automatic quick reply in lieu of popup notification
Have the quick reply show up automatically instead of having to tap the notification

add a setting to hide microphone button for message composition
i often want to use google voice recognition for composing texts. i never want to record sound.i often mistakenly tsp the textra mic icon. its similar to the Google icon and very physically close too. thx! love you the app

Ability to remove voice input button for those who don't use it.
Plus, most of us ha e that same button on our keyboards.

It would fit more into material design. Rhis feature is present in shuttle player, for example.

do not open app or quick reply from notification if pin-unlock is enabled
if i get a notification, i want to be able to define a setting that prevents someone from bypassing the lock screen simply by tapping the notification

All messages should be marked read on shaking the phone.

Isolated thread for numbers not in contact list (like stranger's messages feature in go sms)
All messages from people who are not in contact list should automatically appear in a seperate thread. (Maybe users should be able to rename thread title as well.)

OPTION - To kill TEXTRA application from within.
Have a close button to simply kill the app to reduce battery consumption when not in need. For example...when you are sleeping. You dont need the app open.

Option to keep quick reply box open after sending text.

the option to make the font bigger for people with low vision like myself, and to change the font color inside the bubble to different colors so we could create the best possible combination to suit our vision needs
