    There are a number of very good apps that focus specifically on backup and restore of messages. We recommend and use SMS Backup & Restore.

    No point us re-inventing the wheel and losing focus on the core aspects of Textra.

  11. Make the quick reply able to be disabled on the lock screen. Having somebody able to just look at my messages without unlocking my phone.

  19. Minimize notification icon appearance

    Would it be possible to minimize the notification appearance to maybe a single icon? For example, if I receive 3 different text messages, it pops up with 3 icons. Maybe minimize and just make it one icon that stays until you've read all the unread messages? Kind of like chompsms.
