  1. New +Photo Selection Functionality

    Revert the changes made to + photo selection enhancements. It is more complicated and added click steps. Don't like it. Not everything has to look like Facebook or work like Facebook. Simpler is better.

  2. Group Texts

    Provide a way to exit a group chat OR an option to turn off notifications for that chat. These are usually one time only use groups and all the replies are annoying if you aren't involved in chatting with everyone in the group.

  3. Archive Folder and Photo Edit

    I know its been suggested but this would be terrific adds. I find my self going back to Google messages just for these functions.

  4. where did vibration patterns go?

    why on earth would you remove the option to modify vibration patterns and then make it super long and not follow system settings? This is annoying enough to make me jump ship.

  5. photo attachment -GO BACK!

    After latest update, the way to attach a photo has got way worse! Much more complicated and more steps, hoops to go thru! I HATE IT!! Please please please roll that update back! it was so simple and easy to add a single photo with one click.. keep it that way!

    I went to send a single picture today. Textra is now requiring the "Choose" button which is another step per picture I want to send. Why is this a thing now?

  8. The new way of selecting photos is cumbersome

    The old method, single tap, was much simpler and easy to use, please go back, honestly could make me stop using Textra with how annoying it is now.

  10. Backup & Restore SMS/MMS to Another Phone

    The ability to bundle all texts/MMS with images and sounds for individual and group messages, with phone numbers and restore to another device in the correct chronological order and retain the same groupings.

  11. talk to text punctuation.

    Used to be able to say question mark to get this ? when talk to text was used. Previously could say full stop get get a full stop. In the US, called a period. But it is gone now. what happened?

  14. Revert the + Picture Insert Feature

    It now takes 3 clicks to insert a picture vs 1 click from the last app version. I understand it was to add the ability to zoom in to a picture, but please remove it from single click. I would suggest adding that feature to the dragged up menu or (the most preferred option) long pressing to zoom in.

    I've have read some Ideas for auto reply. I believe that this would be a great improvement to your texting app. do you know if there are any plans to add this feature.
