keep you on the same page
why don't you have a preference to select whether you want to stay on the page or go back to the previous page?? I freaking hate it when it takes me to back to another page just leaving me on the current page!!

Ctrl-Enter to Send, Enter for new line
Hi. I use an external bluetooth keyboard (Logitech K480). It's great. And I really appreciate Textra having an option for being able to use the Enter key to Send a message, as this is not an option in most other SMS/texting apps I have found. Being able to hit ENter to send means that I do not have to take my hands off the keyboard and finger the screen's Send button (or do same with mouse).
However, sometimes in a message, I would like to be able to insert an Enter (i.e., newline) character. And having that "Enter to Send"…

Notification buttons – OTP overrides user setting
If I have customized the three available notification buttons in the app settings, but I get a text with a One-Time Passcode, Textra adds a "Copy [code]" button in the first position, shifting the three buttons, which means the last button you configured isn't available. So the idea/feedback is asking for either of these two workarounds:
Either:
(1) Add an option allowing the user to choose which button exactly is replaced by the Copy button for OTPs, instead of just defaulting to the first position.Or

One-tap/slide delete
If I delete a text from a notification action button, it just takes one tap – GREAT! But if I delete an entire conversation from the conversation list by sliding, I still have to tap on the delete button that becomes visible after sliding. And finally, if I delete a conversation from the conversation itself (i.e. the conversation is open and visible in the app), it takes THREE taps: one to open the toolbar at the top, a second to tap the delete button, and a third to confirm the delete button.

Simplify image insertions
Hello, quite frankly, I don't know what you did for inserting images but it's definitely much more complicated than before. Please put back the fact of clicking on the images and make "include selected images" or something similar. Because it's not really explicit with the new version.

photo picker "enhancement" isn't one
photo picker "enhancement" should've been a selectable option. it now slows the process of selecting photos. Instead of starting in Textra, I'm using my phone's gallery to share photos to save the extra steps that Textra imposed.
just because someone there has an idea, it doesn't mean it's a good one and should be released without beta testing with a group of users.

Unknown Contact Notifications
Unknown Contact Notification setting works for single numbers, but if all the unknown numbers are placed in a group, then the notification is sent through. That setting should apply to Group texts as well.

Would like to block all texts from phone numbers
If I could block all, I would. I never gave ActBlue my mobile, but they got it, and I am getting as many as a dozen unwanted messages a day. I support the candidates in question, but a zillion text messages makes me less, not more, likely to donate. I have them silenced. (I am Textra's biggest fan!)

love it like iOS tap + menu comes up. gifs etc . instead of bottom row camera gifs easier to access
