  1. show multiple texts in one notification

    just like in android messages. textra should make it so when you look at a notification in the pull down menu, you can see multiple lines of the message.

  2. Double texting spaces

    So when you double text, it comes up like the iOS. I don't know why, the spaces between when you send one text after another bothers me a bit...

    The header text says Textra and it's bothering. So change the header text to Messages and keep improving features.

  7. Sent / Received Icon

    A small icon in conversations list to show next to the last message preview weather it was a message you have sent or conversely if it is a message you have received. could be something simple like an up arrow (⬆️🔼) for sent, and a down arrow (⬇️🔽) for received messages.

  8. Only notify for first text in a string of incoming texts

    If someone prefers to send a few short texts instead of one longer one, my phone blows up. It would be nice to ignore all notifications for a thread if I've already received one for some duration and haven't replied back yet. Also would be useful for group texts, ignoring subsequent notifications.

  9. Add all deletion and Bitmoji

    When I want to delete like about 20 texts in a conversation, I have to select one bye one. Is there anyway that you can add the option that it would select it for you instead of doing it manually. For Bitmoji I would like, if it possible, to be in bedded with the textra messenger. It would be so easy to send Bitmoji pic to a group chat and individual texts. Then saving the Bitmoji pic and then sending it to the person or group chat. Thank you so much for listening.

  12. Multiple Signatures

    How about being able to have several signatures to choose from that we've created in the app. Signatures that we could tap on to send to separate people. By the way, you guys ROCK ! I recommend your app to everyone.

  14. Pattern based sender blacklist

    In India, per govt rules, most advertisers use sender ids starting from certain keywords, e.g. AD-CNTRL, AD-BMSH etc. It'd be easy to add an option to block SMS based on sender pattern, e.g. AD-*.

  15. Ads that Can't be Deleted

    Allow people to delete ads. I don't mind ads on a free version but when I can't delete an ad I have a useless app. if there is no fix, Textra is gone.

  17. Supplement Emojis with other packs

    Have the Android blob emojis installed because I like how they look. Had to switch to the iOS pack to see an emoji someone sent me. It would be nice to have a "main" emoji pack, and when it doesn't contain a particular emoji, that one is pulled from another installed pack without having to switch between emoji packs.

    Instead of having each contact listed individually you could group them into folders (i.e. work, friends, family, etc.)

    Please let us add picture for our contact, and choose if we want to let the profile picture appears in the conversations or just in the list.
