  1. Sim-1 to Sim-2 covert mode

    Dear Textra Team!
    The button is very near to send button. Either it should be on opposite side to send button
    OR
    Change its setting that one should hold it litter longer to convert to sim2

    so mistakenly sending msgs from wrong sim should be avoided

    Whenever you receive a YouTube link instead of switching over to the YouTube app, just play directly from within the the thread you're texting from instead.

  4. Make textra compatible with samsung smart watches (Tizen OS support)

    Textra isn't compatabile with any of the Samsung gear watches - which run on the Tizen OS. I wish textra would make themselves compatabile with Samsung's smart watch OS. Defeats the purpose of having a smart watch if you can't check all your messages on it...

  5. Be able to recover deleted messages if deleted on accident.

  6. Bundled Messages

    With release on Android Nougat, bundled message notifications were implemented. It's frustrating to have a separate notification for every text, they should all bundle, like what many other apps have.

  7. Separate Picture and Text when composing message.

    When you send a picture with text it's all grouped toghter and when you send it puts the text first than the picture. IMHO it looks sloppy. it will be nice to create a subject line underneath the picture like other apps to. So when you attach a picture it puts it up top and then a line on the Neath to type the text for the picture. you guys have an amazing up here that would make it real clean and neat just like what you did with the web links you may little Snippets that was a great…

  9. Full use with tizen

    I can read a message on my gear s2 but if there's more than one from same person I can't get to the other message, and if there was an app I could open a conversation list, right now it'll only show what I sent in the conversation, can you make an app please

    Have a toggle for direct share in settings. Direct share is not quick and I'd rather have a fast share screen vs the slow one we currently have.

  14. Send Any Location

    Many people have requested the ability to share their location, but I would like to add to that the ability to select and share any location. In app, one should be able to choose "My Location" or "Other Location". With the latter, one could pick a place or drop a pin on an in-app Google map.

    When one receives a location, they should be able to bring it up on the default map app, see associated address and maybe GPS coordinates, and from the map app, begin navigation.

  15. group messaging

    I am sending group messages to my friends and applications select every number in the contact instead of just selecting the first default number in the contact. since the application slacks every number listed in the contact I end up sending messages to the numbers I don't want to send. I know I can deselect the numbers which I don't want but if I have a list of hundred members in the group it will be very difficult to go through all the hundred contacts with multiple numbers and deselect which I don't want.

  16. Say who sent reply in group message for Android Auto

    Right niw when android auto plays a message from a group message, it repeats the name of everyone in the chat then the message. It should say, "In Group conversation, Mike said xxx" or something to that effect. So we know who said what

  17. Notification Scheduler

    I work a job where it would be extremely helpful to set the hours in which you do not receive notifications of incoming texts. This would be important when you do not want your sleep disturbed. You could then set different profiles with different schedules too.

  19. Add or remove contacts from active group messages

    Sometimes it's necessary to drop someone or add someone to an active group message. It would be nice if textra offered the ability to do this.

    It would eliminate the need to fire instance start an entire new group message every time someone requests to be removed from a message thread because of constant nuisance of notifications.

    when you post a link like YouTube or a website, iMessage provides a quick preview picture, or an imbedded video that can be played. is it possible to have this with Textra?
