  2. Ignore iMessage Reactions

    Those iMessage Liked/Emphasized/Loved "Message" are a virus on my phone right now. Can a method be developed to ignore those notifications?

  6. Have the picture and text in same message.

    It would be great to have pictures and messages in the same text. currently when I want to send a pic with a message attached it breaks it up and sends them separately. When I want to have a caption to a photo specifically, it's really frustrating seeing them broken up. It does the same thing when receiving messages too. Please consider having them combined into one message as an option. Thank you!

    Would love a "lock" or "keep" option for messages that I want to keep so that I don't delete them inadvertently.

  9. Weather and emergency alerts

    It's nice to get alerts of any sort. I received them on my stock messaging app. But not able to receive them on this app. It's a really nice feature.. sometimes your out an about or at work etc. and nowhere near a tv or radio to hear the weather conditions or other alerts etc. So getting these alerts are very helpful in such situations. Nice to be prepared and aware!! (Ex: If you need to stop running errands an get home or whats to come when you get off work etc. Please add this feature!!! Thanks : )

    Please find a way to implement RCS! tous is the number one reason not to use Textra. With iMessages now supporting RCS next year Textra will become obsolete with out it.

  12. ARCHIVE....P.L.E.A.S.E.

    this app seriously needs an archive feature. I need to be able to move text messages I get from toxic people I want to ignore without blocking them. blocking them causes other problems. I need to be able to archive so I can hide it.

    also just because this is one of the BIGGEST things this app is lacking

  14. RCS Support?

    Having been using textra for so many years, thanks to being at the forefront of developments, (if you asked me textra has always been robustly ahead of the competition), it is a major let down that RCS is not supported. Good bye textra, nice knowing you x

    It would be really nice and easy to handle if the unread messages in the inbox would go bold; and would get un-bolded after being read.

  20. Auto Reply--away from phone

    Much like an email auto response when you're away from the office on vacation or sabbatical or whatever. When you're away from your phone for an extended period of time or just want time away (especially if work related) you can create a message to say "leave me the hell alone", etc.
