    Would love a "lock" or "keep" option for messages that I want to keep so that I don't delete them inadvertently.

  4. Weather and emergency alerts

    It's nice to get alerts of any sort. I received them on my stock messaging app. But not able to receive them on this app. It's a really nice feature.. sometimes your out an about or at work etc. and nowhere near a tv or radio to hear the weather conditions or other alerts etc. So getting these alerts are very helpful in such situations. Nice to be prepared and aware!! (Ex: If you need to stop running errands an get home or whats to come when you get off work etc. Please add this feature!!! Thanks : )

  6. have an option for templates

    I shud be able to save some routine messages (such as birthday wishes) as templates to be quickly inserted in a message.

  7. sender and receiver avatars

    Hi, Textra. I love your app, but there is one thing I miss, and that's avatar-pictures for both the sender and the receiver inside the message tread. Like QKSMS.

  9. Night Mode

    The new Android N preview has a system wide night mode that darkens the system UI. It's automatic and changes with the sunset. Textra could make good use of this feature. I know I'd absolutely love it.

  10. RCS Support?

    Having been using textra for so many years, thanks to being at the forefront of developments, (if you asked me textra has always been robustly ahead of the competition), it is a major let down that RCS is not supported. Good bye textra, nice knowing you x

    It would be nice to can put a background wallpaper from our own gallery in background for the conversations and the home page too.

    It would be really nice and easy to handle if the unread messages in the inbox would go bold; and would get un-bolded after being read.

  18. Locking conversation.

    Hi, I would like the feature where I can lock a particular contact's message or conversation rather. So when another hand tries opening that conversation, it would require a pass code. Thank you.
