  2. Preset text messages

    In my HTC ONE M8, the default text message app gives the option of a preset (Quick Text) facility, where I can create most used phrases and select one instead of typing the phrase out all the time. Can this be implemented in Textra ??

  3. Stop Textra from closing after sending a message

    Textra closes immediately after I send an SMS or MMS. I would like if Textra remained open, so that I could navigate to other messages without having to reopen the app.

    Show a preview thumbnail of links and if the link is of a video, allow playback right within the thread. Like in Facebook Messenger.

  8. Archive messages

    This is the only way in which Google Messages is better than Textra. It has an archive. Doesn't have to be on by default but it would be greatly appreciated

  9. Block unknown number/no alerts?

    Spam messages piss all of us off so why not an option for only turning on notifications for numbers in your Contacts or an option to put those messages in a separate box? If you can filter by mobile number only, this should be feasible.

  10. Messages on SD card

    Currently my Textra app takes up almost a gigabyte on my phone, and it would be great if some of that could be moved the SD card. Maybe an option to store messages on the SD card instead of internal storage.

  11. Quarantine deleted messages

    I have just accidentally deleted a whole thread of messages to someone! It would be great if they went into Quarantine for a period of time before being permanently deleted so you can re-instate accidental deletes.

    Recently I've been hammered by spam text messages since new years day. All seem to be originating from various gmail.com email addresses. Is there any way to block a domain sending texts?

  16. group chat upgrade

    Allow for editing in group chat say you want to add another person. Allow it to be done not have to start all over again with who's in the group chat.

  17. auto block sms based on keywords or regex

    alot of the spam messages contain a php url.
    if we could auto block or quarantine messages containing ".php?" that would be a good start

    I've been seeing new emojis going around but I don't see them getting updated on Textra. Can you guys update to the latest? still waiting on the emoji reaction feature. I'm really excited for that. Thank you!

  20. Block SMS and MMS from email addresses

    I have been getting spam texts from ever-changing email addresses at all hours. I haven't been able to find a way to stop this from happening. Please provide an option to block all texts from email addresses.
