  1. Multiple Google Accounts Issue PRO Bug

    You owe it your paying customers to FIX the Multiple Google Account issue. You can't expect us to remove our secondary Google account because your APP isn't capable of determining which was Default or has a CC on file. You have to realize YouTube and Google are integrated, so I can't log into the APP without adding my other Google Account to my Android Device.

    Now I keep losing my PRO Subscription. I would consider offering a refund if your not going to resolve the issue.

  2. How can I contact a real customer support person.?

    Add a message backup function, that can automatically sync to the cloud, or shcedule backups every day/week/month etc.

    There are a number of very good apps that focus specifically on backup and restore of messages. We recommend and use SMS Backup & Restore.

    No point us re-inventing the wheel and losing focus on the core aspects of Textra.

  4. Fix failed message error

    With recent update running lollipop, messages seem to fail a lot more! Please fix. Tried rebooting phone but nothing works.

    When composing a new message,contacts display in alphabetical order. An option for most used or recent contacts would be nice.

  11. Change default storage location for all messages

    Textra is noticeably experiencing worse speed and fluidity when text in conversations get too long (you many messages in one convo). For example, there is a delay between pressing send for a message and the message appearing in the convo for longer conversations. Therefore, if all messages can be stored on the SD card instead of in the limited internal storage, Textra can just "read" the messages and won't be as bogged down, increasing both app speed AND functionality (larger storage = more room to save important conversations).

  12. Paid version but still receiving ads.

    I paid for the full version when they released it back in April however I am still receiving ads. I contacted them multiple times, they asked me to change some settings but they never fixed the issue. They don't seem to know what is causing problem...

    There are other users in the same boat. This has to be addressed ASAP. You're losing customers for this.

  13. Chat heads

    I love Textra and bought the premium version. However, I recently tried YAATA and liked the chat heads, but preferred everything else in Textra. Is this a feature you are planning to develop? Thank you for a great app.

    Since the contacts in android have a nickname field, would it be possible to be able to display those nicknames instead of the contacts name?

  16. Improve blacklist feature with wordlist filter and blocked message...

    In my country (maybe others too), spammers using different phone number each day, they likely never use the same number on next day. But they are using common words between messages to spam. So it will be extremly usefull if you could improve with wordlist filter feature.

  19. Block certain MMS group chats

    Since group chats can get spammy, i have to turn off vibration which means i might miss important texts. Option to either block certain group chat notifications or configure them to not use vibration would be nice.

  20. WiFi messaging

    Messaging over a WiFi network instead of a cellphone network. I never have service at my house and I want to use tetra but I'm forced to use Verizon message+ app because you can send messages through WiFi instead of a cell network
