  3. Text Message Limit

    You will set a specific number to limit the messages. Once they reach the number you've set, they will be automatically deleted :)..

  4. Edit and/or cancel a scheduled text

    I love the ability to schedule texts but would like to be able to edit a scheduled text or to cancel it all together. I've tried deleting the scheduled text but that didn't work.

  6. Sending texts over WiFi, if possible

    I'm often in places where I may not have the best service but I will be on wifi.i thought it would be nice to have something like imessage. I'm not an expert in how it all works but I think it would be nice if it's possible.

  9. Fix errant notifications for old messages

    I have an issue with Textra where I will get notifications appearing for messages that are weeks old. No idea why. They occur with recently-updated conversations, but not because of new messages. For example, I exchanged some texts with someone this morning. I turn my phone on this afternoon and I have a Textra notification. The text of the notification is from a message that is months old. There are no new messages in the conversation since this morning. Later on, when turning on the phone, the same notification is back. It does not make a sound, nor does it…

    There needs to be a favorites section where you can click someone's name or picture and immediately text, instead of scrolling down to find who you're trying to text. Also, this is my favorite texting app

  13. Text templates and/or shortcuts

    I would like to be able to set shortcuts so I can, for example, write "zxc" and it will change to "good morning sunshine :) xo" or simply have a quick access text template selection bubble from which I could choose from frequently used it pre-formed text messages. If this is an existing feature, by all means show me where it is. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4 with 5.0.1 if there are any stock services available that you know of. Thank you.

  14. Wider text bubbles

    Love the app. To me, it would be even better if the bubbles were wider to fit more text per line. This would make it easier to read because there wouldn't be as many lines per text.

  16. Be able to paste images/gifs in text box

    IPhone s can copy GIFs off the internet and paste them into their messages, where as with Textra you have to download the image/gif then access it from your gallery. I hope in the future we will also have that option to bypass downloading images that will be used once.

  17. Multiple Google Accounts Issue PRO Bug

    You owe it your paying customers to FIX the Multiple Google Account issue. You can't expect us to remove our secondary Google account because your APP isn't capable of determining which was Default or has a CC on file. You have to realize YouTube and Google are integrated, so I can't log into the APP without adding my other Google Account to my Android Device.

    Now I keep losing my PRO Subscription. I would consider offering a refund if your not going to resolve the issue.

    Custom messages which are send automatically when I can't take calls or reply by text. I can manually switch on and off this mode according to the situation.

  19. Detect when a verification SMS is received and offer to copy the code to clipboard

    Many services offer 2fa authentication via SMS these days. It would be great if Textra could recognise these senders and the part of the message that contains the code. Then either copy the code to clipboard automatically or offer a button for the user to do it, so they can just paste it into the app that is waiting for it.

    This might not be practical for every obscure service that uses it, but the big ones like Facebook or PayPal could still be really handy.

    if you have read multiple messages then decided to mark it as unread later much like an email functionality.
